RMSDK 11.0 - 20 May 2015

R2L reading capability is incorporated into RMSDK 11. R2L text can be rendered, highlight and text selection are not fully functional.
RMSDK 11.0 - 19 March 2015

Datalogics completed the integration with RMSDK 11 in our DL Reader applications for Android.

We have ported both iOS and Android to RMSDK 11.

We worked closely with Adobe to make changes in both DL Reader and RMSDK 11. As a result of these changes, we now have two versions of RMSDK: Feb 18 2015 release for iOS and Jan 12 2015 for Android release. We hope that the work we have done will help smooth out any issues that our customers may encounter.

While there are no new functional features added to RMSDK 11 in PDF and EPUB 2 which is what DL Reader currently supports, Adobe has made significant changes to EPUB 3.

For customers who need to move to support Apple's iOS 64-bit requirement, please note that RMSDK 11 does include the 64-bit support, and DL Reader is now ported to 64-bit as well. EPUB 3 support is based on the Readium technology, which is added to the RMSDK, and is supported for iOS, Android, Win32 and Mac platforms. Existing PDF and EPUB 2 content are still supported. For more information on Readium and the Readium SDK, visit readium.org.

This new version of RMSDK is delivered in binary form.

Adobe has merged the updates and fixes that Datalogics has made in the past few years, so we can provide you with a more consistent build. Delivering in binary form has been requested by many customers to ease the upgrade process. Datalogics is in the process of qualifying this new release from Adobe.
